The extra 16-inch length provides much more back coverage than any other size in our line, which is important for overnight protection when you are lying down for 6-8+ hours with no option to change or reposition the pad. Combine that with 4D breathable technology and you get airflow against the skin even during extended wear, eliminating some of the irritation and heat that can build overnight with less breathable overnight pads.

The absorbent core is formulated with a high concentration of super absorbent polymer, to accommodate both heavy flow volume and long wear time without feeling saturated by morning. Wide, secure wings hold the pad firmly in place, which is especially important overnight when there’s no conscious movement control to prevent shifting during sleep.
