EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
What are the conditions for returning the item?
- Product seal must be intact.
- Item must be returned in original condition.
- Item must include all packaging and accessories
- Please return all free or promotional items that came with the purchase else the return will become invalid.
How long after delivery can I submit my claim and how?
- Items can be returned only at the time of delivery ONLY. Once delivered, items cannot be returned.
What if I receive a faulty product?
If the item delivered in faulty or damaged or you are not satisfied with the product packaging, please email us immediately at email@example.com. The company reserves exclusive right to make a final decision on any such matter. In case, the product is faulty/damaged, the customer will be provided with the choice to either take a refund or exchange the product with something else of the same amount.
After three (3) days of delivery, no claims will be entertained.
As all the items listed at the Mothercare Online Store are hygiene and handling sensitive products, a strict “no exchange” policy is applicable to all purchases.
This policy may change at any time with or without prior notice.
