If the item delivered in faulty or damaged or you are not satisfied with the product packaging, please email us immediately at support@cosmeticsworld.com.pk. The company reserves exclusive right to make a final decision on any such matter. In case, the product is faulty/damaged, the customer will be provided with the choice to either take a refund or exchange the product with something else of the same amount.
After three (3) days of delivery, no claims will be entertained.
