Exchange & Return Policy

At Mothercare, we deal with hygiene-sensitive products for mothers and babies. Because the safety and health of your family are our top priorities, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Seal Integrity: The product seal must be 100% intact. Opened or tampered-with skincare/hygiene items cannot be returned.

Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

Promotional Items: Any free or promotional items received with the purchase must be returned. If these are missing, the return request will be considered invalid.

2. When to Return

At the Time of Delivery: We strongly encourage customers to inspect their items upon arrival. Items can be returned at the time of delivery ONLY.

Post-Delivery: Once the delivery is accepted and the rider has left, items cannot be returned due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product upon arrival:

Claims Window: All claims for damaged or faulty products must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. No claims will be entertained after this period.

Your Options: If a product is verified as faulty or damaged, you may choose between:

A full refund.

An exchange for a product of the same value.

Final Decision: The company reserves the exclusive right to make the final decision on all damage claims.

4. Strict No Exchange Policy
Because all items listed at the Mothercare Online Store (shampoos, lotions, wipes, sanitary pads, etc.) are hygiene and handling-sensitive, we maintain a strict No Exchange policy for all successful purchases. Please ensure you select the correct items before finalizing your order.
