1. Ordering & Product Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Stock Availability: We strive to keep our inventory accurate, but due to high demand, some items may sell out quickly.

Site Updates: Product availability is updated directly on our website. We recommend checking back frequently for your favorite items, as we do not currently send automated restock notifications.
2. Order Acceptance
Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email.

Contract Details: This email constitutes acceptance of your order. The sale contract is concluded in Karachi, Pakistan, and is executed in English.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline an order for reasons including:
- Inability to obtain payment authorization.
- Shipping restrictions on specific items.
- Items are out of stock.
- Failure to meet eligibility criteria.
We may refuse to process a transaction or service at our sole discretion. We are not liable for withdrawing merchandise, editing site content, or suspending a transaction after processing has begun.
3. Cancellations
We aim to be flexible, but we must balance this with our processing speed.

The 24-Hour Rule: Cancellation requests are only valid if made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Processed Orders: We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed. Mothercare holds the sole right to determine an order's processing status.

Refunds: If a cancellation is accepted before processing, we will refund the amount minus any applicable cancellation charges (which will be communicated to you beforehand).
4. Payment Methods & Security
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other major cards through secure payment gateways. Payment is debited from your account immediately upon receipt of your order.
